With over 14 years of experience  within the beauty industry and still seeing a gap in the industry for products that catered for women of colour and their diverse skin tones, Buyi Xaba was inspired to create BX Cosmetics. The first time she experienced makeup for herself, she never looked back. Make up became her confidence booster, made her feel physically attractive, increased her self-esteem, attitude, and personality.

In loving memory and honour of her late sister, who was a Somatologist  and a very refined Beauty Therapist, Buyi Xaba found her love and passion for Beauty & Cosmetics. BX Cosmetics is a range that caters for traditionally hard-to-match skin tones. The aim is to create formulae that work for all diverse skin types and tones.
